The volume adjust doesn't work half the time on the ear piece and you can't turn things down or up

This is not a helpful feature; I like Bluetooth functionality and the only time I would need to use the AUX cable is when the battery is dead - but this isn’t possible

I use headphones for casual listening to music and they work as well or better than models 5 or 6 times the price

- Headphones can only be turned on/off with the switch, so if you forget to turn them off when you're done, they'll be dead the next time you find them.- CoWin has a "90-day full refund" warranty, however when you go to their website you see that this actually only applies to products bought DIRECTLY from their website, otherwise its only 30 days to return for a full refund.- CoWin has never returned my calls/emails in regards to a warranty claim
