Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe in theory is a good product but it has a very serious design flaw

But the second time it happened I realized that it was a design flaw.

The knob that selected between functions did not function well - a design flaw

It's really disappointing but a simple design flaw can completely ruin and otherwise decent griddle.

I rarely give less than 3 stars to products but this has some design flaws.

In fact, their is a design flaw in that the grease remaining on the top grill drips on the kitchen counter when the top is raised - it misses the drip tray

Bought the Griddler Deluxe as gift for our family and made my daughter’s fave panini’s first day

(I did have to pay shipping for the replacement as well as for the return of the old one.)
