Terrible product, does not turn on at all

This is really a great product--it works wonderfully as a tabletop grill.

If your main use for this is meat and panini press then this is is a great product however as a griddle it falls short.

This is a great product for boneless cuts of meat, but food really needs to be of uniform thickness
