After calibration the receiver sounds amazing and I’m not even using the advanced modes like Atmos (I have a basic 5.1 speaker set-up in our living room with zone 2 speakers in our screened porch).The predecessor to this (730H) is basically the same and has won multiple “best home theater receiver” awards

This is a great receiver and I highly recommend it

Buggy software and substandard QA let down an otherwise fine receiver.
