I love the picture and sound quality,but they need to change the description it is only 10" not 12.5", and only has a 10" screen not 10.5 " as the description says other than that so far a good product, I have the 14" as well also good picture and sound quality but the screen got stress fractures on it about a week after the 30day warranty expired which is why I had to get a new one,I will add my kids still use the 14" one because the stress fractures are only noticeable in darker movies so there cartoon movies play fine
