The on/off switch is not handy nor has a definite on/off contact points

Then I found that Dumb Worthless Switch which cannot be seen up front.

Also this scanner has a STUPID switch which often turns itself OFF (a power blink will do it, so it must have a holding coil).

I love b&w and figured to develope at home like good old days, then scan to positive images

The 35mm scans, both slides and negatives (B&W or color) are good enough for most users who want to digitize a large number of family pictures.

I also have some 6cm X 9cm negatives (color and B&W) and still have not found a work around to capture the whole negative.
