Essential Phone in Pure White – 128 GB Unlocked Titanium and Ceramic phone with Edge-to-Edge Display

    • The design of this phone is great too
    • I could probably live with this phone if the antenna design in the phone wasn't garbage
    • Definitely nice design Cellphone with good hardware and android system, worth the money.
    • The quality build and materials along with a gorgeous design are exactly as advertised.
    • I love the design, there is not "junk" installed on the phone, great space at 128gb
    • but there's a serious design flaw that Essential refuses to officially acknowledge--the porcelain used in the phone's body seems to interfere with cell reception.
    • I really like the industrial design and the lack of
    • There is a whitepaper online that explains why, overcoming the rf challenges of full screen smartphones, this was just poor design)-Terrible Wi-Fi strength
    • Simple and elegant design is so nice
    • Essential Phone in Halo Gray:PROS: a very great built phone, the softwares are instant as the Google Pixel, Futuristic Design, almost can't even notice that there is a small notch up top of the PH-1, speakers are pretty loud, screen is pretty bright, quite responsive touch too
    • This is designed for the young, always "on" types who don't care about technology, just convenience and instant connectedness
    • Design is beautiful
    • Fantastic industrial design
    • It’s basically like a Pixel phone, but with a better screen and more impressive physical design
    • Best hardware on the planet in a super sleek design of Zirconia and Titanium
    • Case and screen protector options are bleak and the design is very nice but the os still use designed to deal with the challenges.
    • was more than advertised by .2 oz (& the phone is too heavy)The design of the glass looks cool (aside from the notch), but is very fragile if droppedSomething is wrong with the microphone that causes poor audio quality and occasional feedback when recording videosThe cell reception is not so great
    • Beautiful design and look
    • I like the design and materials, the fact that it fits in my hand, there's no bloatware, the edge to edge display, the titanium protected edges, and the ceramic back
    • Square design not modern - but the square design is easy to hold-------------------------------------------------DetailsThe good
    • It seems that the battery life actually increased in this preview as well, it seems that Android's new "Adaptive battery" works wonders (I got over 8 hours of SOT a few days ago, with only 20 percent recharging in between, playing Ingress afterwards, which is a heavy battery drainer normally). Also, the general smoothness of the device got noticably better, the animations on P are really nice (even though I still hate the new Android design, lol)
    • Extremely poor design choice, in my opinion
    • , it's so premium, best quality device, fast, incredible fast, very good looking design,..., awesome
    • Love the design of the phone, but the signal loss is horrific
    • Square design not modern - but the square design is easy to hold

    • (this was supposed to happen 2 months ago).still love the industrial design.. but its painfully clear that the product was rushed out
    • Also, I appreciate the minimal and clever design
    • The bezel-less design looks gorgeous, and the little camera notch at the top seems to disappear almost immediately
    • Great design with high end specs and an active, supportive company to boot

    • Beautiful phone, slick design, shining back which is much better than the selfie camera!5
    • No that I see how disappointing the design of the pixel 2 is I am glad I went with the Essential
    • My assessment at this point is that it is a bad design, badly implemented, with no real support, and really expensive
    • Good Design, highly customizable
    • Although the phone hardware is well designed, Essential did not include some ideal features like water-resistence, a headphone jack, and an OLED display
    • Applications are well-designed to either embrace the notch as part of their design (not obstructing any elements like on the new Apple phones) or to limit the height of the app to pretend the notch isn't there
    • Arguably the 5T is better than the Essential, stats-wise, but the elegant design and stock Android won out in the end.
    • Square design not modern - but the square design is easy to hold
    • Honestly smart design overall!
    • I was unhappy with my 5C (which had terrible service on Verizon due to what I'm guessing was bad antenna design)
    • * Minimal design* Good
    • So you still have a compact design, very minimal bezels, camera notch, solid feeling buttons, and excellent construction
    • After doing some research, I found the Essential phone, which had everything I wanted in a phone;-Great newly designed, sleek bezel-Big screen, small phone
    • Square design not modern - but the square design is easy to hold-------------------------------------------------DetailsThe good
    • If water resistance is a key issue for you then this would negate the benefits of robustness and size (below)Size: efficient design plus no case makes it nicely smaller (see photo)See the photo attached of the S7e and Essential.
    • This phone has a great design
    • The design was beautiful but the software was sub par.
    • Good design
    • It's funny how we look at phones in the store naked, admiring their size and design and weight, but then have to protect them in a bulky case.
    • Fast with great battery lifeBeautiful design that seems resistant to damageCharges pretty quickly and lasts all day with decent to heavy useLots of storage spaceNo bugs or incompatibility yetFingerprint reader and buttons in a great location

    • - Lame design
    • It is a well-designed phone
    • The design is striking and the feel in the hand is great although it is a bit slippery
    • While Essential is supposedly working on a charging dock that connects via the magnetic pins, it doesn't support wireless charging on the Qi standard, which is an inconvenience for those who are used to this feature.-Smooth Design - While it feels great to hold in your hand, the smooth design of this phone means that it will easily slide off smooth surfaces (like pants), so putting this phone on your lap without a case could lead to an unfortunate fall
    • Pros :-Much faster than my Iphone 6 that I'm replacing it with.-Beautiful design-Minimal android version - Meaning
    • I wish it had an OLED display and some more significant water resistance, but other wise, the build and the bundle here is a very nice phone with premium feel and stellar design that should last for several years
    • Superior build, superior industrial design, superior specifications, excellent, clean operating system and installed apps, excellent cellular/wifi and virtually every band available
    • Excellent design, high quality phone, camera and video (sound) capture the best I've seen
    • The design and build of the phone is spectacular and it feels amazing to hold and to use
    • The design is truly exquisite
    • The design is very modern and fits in with most flagships as a very minimal bezel is very in right now
    • Horrible Quality Control on an otherwise nice design o_01st unit (on the right) had terrible connectivity issues, especially with Wi-Fi, with no definitive information if it is hardware, software, or both.2nd unit (on the left) has what is called "light bleed" on this LCD panel which is something I Am unfamiliar with, I received a notification and thought my screen was broke, downloaded a screen test app to confirm, what I was seeing on the ambient screen, or even watching a video, it is pretty distracting and discomfort when viewing.
    • Elegant design and android build at the right price
    • If you love the design of the Essential Phone and plan on using it naked the Black Moon version is not the one to buy.
    • The design of the phone is really well thought out

    • if it's designed by the OS creator of most of the phones out there, right
    • The Essential PH-1 is an elegant, powerful, and smooth-working device that is as well designed, physically, as any phone I have ever held in my hands
    • Same thing with the mic, since it is at the bottom edge pointing downward, the phone it doesn't pick up as well as other designs.
    • IMO the notch was a stupid design choice for this size of phone
    • Perfect design
    • Nice design and fantastic photo quality
    • Whew, I am spoiled now, and may never go back to an Android skin if I can avoid it.2) Beautiful design, and solid build quality.3
    • I really well balanced design, with good proportions, and carefully designed physical features
    • The design of it is so beautiful
    • I'll say that, unequivocally, the Essential PH-1 is the best-designed phone I've ever owned, by a wide margin
    • Limited storage in ANY computing device is a bad design choice
    • I'm not a photographer but appreciate quality design
    • In short, design is amazing
    • I like the design, but it's not quite so striking as some would have you believe
    • Great specs, wonderfull design!
    • Build quality is fantastic, design is beautiful, updates are plentiful.
    • Beautiful beautiful design
    • The design is terrific, the materials very well chosen

    • love the essential phone great design and no bloatware and stock andoid is awesome with Android pie on
    • The Essential Phone has a rather impressive screen and overall design that comes up just short as a flagship phone, but is highly competitive as a mid-tier device
    • Awesome design (better than any current cel phone) with it's titanium and ceramic materials and nearly full edge-to-edge display.
    • The design choices that I hated up
    • I love the phone the design is awesome and quality is top notch
    • No bloatware, super clean design
    • Flawless design, user friendly and everything works just great
    • The Essential Phone is well designed with an innovative edge to edge screen, more than all day battery, smaller form factor that's easy to hold and premium build quality
    • I think part of the feedback feel is due to the solid body design with the titanium and ceramic
    • PROS:- excellent design
    • The PH-1 has the most amazing design I've seen on a phone in a very long time
    • seller was amazing but the phone it self was just not me, got hot easily and was pretty glitchy from the start, much preferred the pixel even though the design of this phone is better
    • Bunch of jokers designed this product.3
    • The way it fits in your hand and the way it feels and looks all reinforce good design and high quality
    • The phone has a great design and is weightier than the iPhone, which I like, but may not be ideal for everyone.
    • and I also didn't like the design as much
    • Beautiful design and feel -:gets a lot of attention
    • I have a Moto Z2 as s work phone
    • On the positive I adore how simple this phone is
    • The camera is good enough, not as good as the s7 edge I
    • I really liked this phone its worked great for 2 weeks now the screen doesn't turn on
    • I didn't like the small body, though, as I like the way my Nexus fits in my hands
    • Super fast 4G, fast WiFi and hot spot, and super clear phone
    • Perfect mobile,835+4g+128g,super lcd screen,and 27w

    • I had to turn off the enhanced 4g for it to work
    • service TracFone is using all I know is that my 4 year old S5 has a rock solid 4G/LTE connection in my office and the PH-1 cycled between
    • Great phone, no problems at all getting it to work with Verizon network aside from having to turn off "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode" to make calls
