I previously owned the Infant Optics DXR-8 for two years and have been plagued by countless reception issues (Only ~50 feet away) as well as battery issues ranging from low battery to not even charging when plugged in

The first unit we received had battery issues in which we had to keep it plugged to the charger all the time because it would die within a few hours of use

It will drop for a 1/2 second and reconnect so its not an issue.3) Range of motion in the camera is exactly as they describe, its great and doesnt make any loud noises or anything to wake your baby (not like they can hear anything past the obnoxious blaring white noise machine anyway) :)I have not tried the additional wide angle lens yet as i have not had the need to; maybe when he is a toddler but cant comment on that so far.4
