    • Oddly, the replacement camera had an issue but Super Customer Service Rep Lancky came to the rescue and sent us a new one ASAP.Truly, the Eufy Customer Service team has been amazing to work with and so far, we love our Spaceview Baby Monitor

    • The first two, the antenna came loose and eventually broke off simply from routinely lifting and lowering of the antenna as intended (and to their, credit eufy was quick to send a replacement monitor, they really are a great customer-oriented company)
