I like EVGA anyway, but this was the first power supply I ever bought from them

8 months later update: replacement unit failed completely, not even fans spinning when removed and tested with the tester, stay away from this garbage, evga wants me to pay more than it's price for shipping to have it replaced with a refurbished one.

Also EVGA has always had the best customer service in the business so I would highly recommend this over the alternatives.

I bought this power supply to work with my new build i5 8600k, corsair h100i v2 , and a gtx 1080 and the fans constantly run at max rpm and it annoying i bought it as an upgrade from my slight noisy 450 watt which was powering my build thinking the higher wattage wouldnt stress as

The only negative I could possibly complain about is that it stunk as if it was freshly painted or something when first unpacked.
