In a very bright day, if you set ISO at 6400, aperture at 8 and speed at 1/1000, and shoot with manual pre-focusing, you can have really satisfying action photo results.
-
Best use: sunny days, even with OIS, set shutter at 500 or 1000 for best result.

It's nice enough and well made, it's unusually fast, it has good contrast, and when it deigns to focus, the results are plenty sharp

Stunning results from this lens

first I got the kit lens 18-55 with my X-E3, which I was super super happy with..super great results with that lens
-
One thing I will say is that through careful sharpening, you can get very good results.
-
All in all, the lens produces fantastic results.

It is possible to shoot at 200mm and 1/20 second with good breathing technique and get sharp results

I have good results shooting hand held at 200mm using only 1/30s shutter
