This is a great machine

I've not found a more efficient machine since I purchased my original

Since my flatbed scanner often gives me fits on the margins when doing coping, this machine amends the problem greatly.

Just an amazingly fast machine and while the price point is high, the convenience and speed(especially the duplex) really pay for the price quite quickly.

But beauty and form aside, this machine is capable of scanning at 600dpi with amazing speed!It was easy to setup but instructions for the software were not helpful

It has its challenges ... receipts should probably be entered on their own or one at a time (easy to do, because the machine scans so quickly), but overall, the machine is a wonder

We bought this product for my small business to remove all the paper from the office and its really working as it scans very fax and with excellent quality.

Small footprint too - really fast, quiet and doesn't hog resources on the PC and the software works as it is designed.

They never returned calls or made update contact as they promised
