All I can say is that this was a higher model than the cheap ones but scans look worse, even at high resolution

Duplex scanning is especially convenient.

When you are scanning a large bunch of papers, sometimes they will sneak through, this can really mess up your scan and damage the papers, assuming that you want to keep them.-If at all possible, sort papers by size and scan bunches of the same size, it will go much faster.-Create an assembly line process to increase your speed

There are other options as well...such as scanning to Word, Excel, or Outlook

While the scans are technically not as perfect as stationary/flatbed scanning, this scanner produced excellent quality scans and met or exceeded my expectations.

Once opened, a glowing blue Scan button is presented as the only electronic control on the whole device (its use is pretty obvious).
