Received product, original packaging was mediocre, opened the box and there it was a super bulky non practical gps holder, not satisfied with this purchase, returned after one trip to the store.

Worked perfectly on a trip down the Alcan highway (really only needed the GPS when we hit the lower 48 cities)

I read several reviews on this product that stated that the ball that inserts into the socket on the back of your Garmin device was to small and wouldn't properly support your GPS
