Looks great charges quick but the only issue I have is that charging port one isn’t working but charging port 2 works great

One I have had in the past turned on, but then stayed on if nothing was connected, thus killing its charge

the Power bank was fully charged the instructions were simple the lights tell you how much charge is left decent charges my phone well should last you half a day also a side note the USB light came with it does get hot fast but still works good and the flashlight on it works good

While this one does not charge at the fast charging rate on my Samsung Note 8, it was charging it almost as fast.

I charged it 3-4x since I received it and the lights + charging have stopped working

Very slow charging unit.

It seems to work nicely charging my phone in the standard charging time (not the fast charge) but that is to be expected from the product description

It loses its charge quite fast and makes a ringing sound when charging

The battery after the 2 charges was dead and I needed to plug it back in to recharge.

Now I let the battery pack charge overnight and when I checked it all 4 LEDs were lit solid showing charging was completed, but there was still a 12 mA draw from the charger

Is sturdy and maintains charge well.

Wire provided was thin and did not work or too thin/cheap to charge anything at a decent charge time.

Out of the many chargers available I chose this for its capacity, particularly its high capacity output for faster charging, and it had a light for good to have feature
