The design leaves much to be desired..especially the holding tank.

A fine filter at the dispensing point prevents any grounds from getting into your cup, even if some get into the holding tank.

The dispenser button sticks when the coffee holding tank is less than half full leaving a huge mess to pick up

It does make a small/moderate amount of noise after the coffee is made and heating in the holding tank.

I've made hot coffee a few times out of this unit as well and it definitely tasted better than the traditional pot that burns as it stays warm.

When you try and get a cup of coffee it the lever sits too far back and you cant see in your cup as well as you have to hold it or is slides.
