Huawei provides horrible customer service and forget warranty support or Android updates

Most expensive of all 3- Not many UI customization available;- WORST Customer Service

They have horrible quality issues as well as terrible, close to non-existent customer service.

The main reason I would like to drop a review is due to the great US honor customer officers that had served me and helped me on my phone

True, there are far more Happy customer than dissatisfied customers, but it's a data point.

Honor / Huawei were on a social media spree once the device was launching but have all but went silent at this point in regards to customers questions, concerns, feedback

Though there are a few little troubles here and there, those are solved with ease eventually, don't be a harsh customer, they will definitely get to you back nicely

That is, until I came across Huawei, and the Honor 8.Professional and amateur reviews I found were nearly universally positive, pointing to a beautiful body design; good customer support

Keep in mind in the USA it will only work with T Mobile and AT&T and other resellers/sub dealers ( like Metro PCS ) that use GSM technology

it feels as fast as my OnePlus 3T and has great battery life

It's been used on the T-Mobile unlimited data plan in the Washington DC area

It requires some care to prevent scratches, charges super fast, very responsive, I use it with T-Mobile and the hotspot works
