If Huawei improves the Honor 8’s user experience, they will have a complete package with no rivals at this price point

The Honor 8 is wonderful and I'd definitely recommend it

From what I can see, Honor got it right with this idea.

The Honor 8 feels like a top-of-the-line phone at half the price (or a third, if you count a certain infamous new flagship phone)

I like that that Honor 8 and Honor 5x will actually unlock to your home screen while the screen is off

The Honor 8 looks a lot like an iPhone but its OS is very similar to a Samsung

and I hopethe Honor 8 can meet or exceed my expectation based on the Honor 5x

My son tried on my phone, he thinks this Honor 8 is even better than his iPhone

The Honor 8 has great specifications and was good for two months, but it freezes and restarts all the time now

in my opinion, the Honor 8 or 5x is good enough for 95% of smart phone users

I owned Samsung note 3, galaxy s3, s4, s6 edge plus, iPhone 4, 5s, 6 LG g2, g4, Nokia Lumia before, trust me honor 8 is the most smooth and responsive phone I have ever owned

’s speed and processor power to the iPhone 7, and the Honor 8 was holding its ground

The Honor 8 picked up AT&T coverage no problem and although I didn't make any calls it maintained my GPS service through Waze ( lots of red no service updates but better than no coverage )

then I think the Honor 8 is worth your consideration.

I loved the Huawei Honor 8 phone so much, I purchased one for my wife to replace her old Samsung phone

As for performance, the Honor 8 is very fast and, with 64gb of storage, 4gb of RAM and an SD card expansion slot, spacious

Compared to the Oneplus, the Honor 8 feels better to use (being a tad smaller than the standard 5.5"), is quicker, has better battery life (possibly owing to my battery being a few years old), and takes amazing photos.

I determine how much I like a phone by how little I need to think about it, and in that respect the Honor 8 has been flawless

If you are on the fence on purchasing a premium phone or a mid ranger, I would highly recommend the Huawei Honor 8.

For less than a third of the price, the Honor 8 is hard to beat

To date, the Honor 8 has failed to do this

In person...I much prefer the Honor 8.

The Honor 8 is not perfect, but I still love using it .

I also downloaded all of the standard google apps (gmail, photos, messanger, calander, keep, clock...) while uninstalling as much of the bloat as possible (good thing Honor comes pretty bare).

I have another honor 8 if it works perfectly with two line phones of different companies, and you have configured in the softhware the use of the two lines, but this phone does not have this function, take much to release

In some areas, the Honor actually improves on Apple's design—moving the fingerprint scanner to a more natural spot the back of the phone, and replacing the physical home button with 3 separate function buttons at the bottom of the screen

Despite these minor detractions, the Honor doesn't feel like a knockoff or a cheap phone

Was very dissapointed to notice after purchase that the honor 8 doesn't have dual sim capability after all reviews confirmed this.

Lucky Honor 8 includes a 3 months warranty on cracked glass panel, so I called in, and described to them according on it current sad status

I’m about 2 weeks into using this phone, and while I want to love my Honor 8 as much as I did my Defy, Huawei's EMUI 4.1 greatly reduces my enjoyment and experience

Overall, I really like the Huawei Honor

I then picked up the Honor 8 and was blown away.

If my phone was on its last legs, I would definitely buy the Honor 8 for myself as well

The Honor 8 on the other hand is hands down just absolutely beautiful and feels very premium in the hands

So far, in that respect, the Honor has been awesome

Heck even my cheap $200 Honor 5x finger printer reader works better than a lot of flash ship devices that are nearly triple the cost of my Honor 5x

Most users just want their phones to work without lagging, and the Honor 8 does this very well.

The Honor 5x would slow down when updates were being installed in the background or running several apps in the back ground

The main reason I would like to drop a review is due to the great US honor customer officers that had served me and helped me on my phone

The Huawei Honor works with Ting, so that's the service I tested the phone with

My Blackberry, Lumia, even 45$ BLU phone screen still look like new and scratch free even after years of use while HONOR 8 has two scratches in two months!Seriously, if there is any way I can return this, I would love to
