Bad quality phone and bad support.

The worst part is, I heard Huawei Support is crap and honestly, I know they have no clue what to do about the problem

there are several complaints about the Huawei it’s the same issue for every customer who sent their phone for repairs, they have been waiting for over 3 months this seems to be ridiculous customer support

I am not very happy about this slow support and hope they will do something about it in the future

I bought the Mate 9 on January and in March (2 months later) it failed, when I woke up in the morning I thought it was in blocked mode (with the screen off) but it wasn't, the phone never turned on, after this getting support from Huawei was really a pain, they do not have 24 hour support, it works only from 9 to 6 central time, and my phone failed on Friday, so they need to send you a UPS return guideline, but they told me "sorry you will receive it on Monday!!!I do not want to do this eternal, short story, I am now 10 days without my phone, they don't care what you do and if you have another device or need to buy it, and they can't speedup the processMy recommendation, if you want to buy it wait some months to see if Huawei solve the issues on the device, on the bright side it is very good on speed and performance (when it works)

, the connection works fine also, although T-Mobile has some peculiar network settings (mms), their technical support worked me through it, no problem
