, there are several merchants/manufactures for the coffee, some of it is pretty good, but you can't use your own coffee without buying some off market filters that Keurig says will damage the coffee maker.

HmmAnyway, I do prefer this over the old gravity drip machines, and actually like the coffee over that made in my French press and my old fashioned stove top espresso maker

I purchased in September and now completely broken with error messsages on not enough pressure, refer to maintenance book or call and still doesnt work and blew through expensive K-cups.

Besides the extra expense of genuine K Cups, this product is ideal for fast paced, coffee loving college students

Re-useable K-Cups are easy to clean.5.

Worked well for a few weeks but now the grounds jam up about every third time...a real pain AND a waste of expensive K cups
