    • This would allow water from the non coffee outlet to exit without touching any residual coffee, so the water tastes fresh for use with tea or cocoa
    • However the water never gets hot enough so I have to boil water first before putting it in the coffee maker
    • It serves me well for tea pods, coffee pods, or hot water
    • This product arrived quickly, but when installed, water would leak completely out the bottom of the machine....very disappointed.

    • It can take half a dozen cups of pure water before finally reasonably clean water comes out of the machine
    • It is also very easy to use and is quite quick in getting the water hot and ready for a hot cuppa
    • I then around 5 full tanks of water through the machine (I just kept running the "Hot Water" setting over and over until I no longer smelled plastic in the water). After all of
    • Water tank about half the size of old one
    • so brew it with the most water and then also add another 4 oz. of hot water from the Keurig.
    • Wish it had an auto shut off feature, no need to keep water warm all day outside of that works great.
    • Works great especially for tea as the hot water is always ready and waiting.
    • It's also good to get hot water for instant oatmeal or for a noodle cup or something like that.

    • A few days in it did have a error/shut itself off mid brew.. said pressure in the pod caused it.. cleaned it unplugged and it works fine now... that never happened with my old k300... which when it errors it just spewed hot water all over (happened twice with the old model
    • It works fast and the water is easy to refill (don't have to remove the whole container like one we had in the past).
    • I like how my coffee tastes, you can buy the little clip so you can use whatever pods you want, and the instant hot water is so convenient
    • We now only use it for hot water
    • This machine is much the same as the k300, with a smaller water tank but good for one days worth of coffee
    • Two of the machines spontaneously starting heating up and brewing hot water when no one had initiated any coffee
    • Fill my sink with hot water and Dawn dish soap2
    • Also, not being able to drain the water out of internal reservoir, for storage, is a negative.
    • And one final complaint is that there is no way to drain all the water out of the machine so I can winterize it at my unheated camp
    • I feel like we are constantly adding water to this
    • I finally gave up when it spewed hot water and grounds all over me.

    • I found coffee grounds in my cup when I just tried to make a cup of hot water.
    • It's also possible to just use the Keurig to get hot water for beverages (think hot cocoa packets or powdered cappuccino), so we will ultimately end up going that route now that some of the excitement and novelty of our new "toy" is wearing off.
    • A few days in it did have a error/shut itself off mid brew.. said pressure in the pod caused it.. cleaned it unplugged and it works fine now... that never happened with my old k300... which when it errors it just spewed hot water all over (happened twice with the old model
