KODAK Mobile Film Scanner - Fun Novelty Scanner Lets You Scan and Play with Old 35mm Films & Slides Using Your Smartphone Camera - Cardboard Platform & Eco-Friendly Toy LED Backlight

    • Best of I think, is the resulting image quality is only limited by the camera on your phone and the slides themselves
    • Very poor results, I sent it back
    • It's that simple to use and produces great results
    • But with a little bit of patience and experimenting, the results can be pretty amazing.
    • A great product, easy to use, great results.
    • With my Samsung S10 phone and its telephoto camera lens, I get very good results
    • Remarkable results!
    • Just didn’t work well as a scanner with not useable results.
    • The Kodak scanner looks cheap( made of thick cardboard) but coupled with a good iPhone camera it produced fantastic results .You place the negative on the (battery operated) lighted area on the bottom of the device, place your iPhone camera on the opening at the top , and three clicks later , the digital print is saved in your photo collection ready to be edited .
    • Even then I think a real film scanner is going to be easier to use and give you better results.
    • The results were truly impressive
    • Absolutely cheesy results with an iPhone 7 after an hour of wrestling with the software
    • Based on that I tested with some slides from 1975 and got some satisfactory results
    • Terrible results.
    • If you are completing a large family project and want the very best results, invest in a more expensive Epson scanner and you will not be disappointed.
    • I was able to get great results on slides and negatives that I was about to throw away.
    • This is very easy to use and the results are awesome!
    • Phone placement and keeping it in place is the weak point, but the results for good-quality slides is amazing
    • My only grief with it is that you really need to be in a dark place to get the best results.
    • The resolution is as good as your phones camera so if you have a recent phone, you will have great results.
    • This device produced the best results that I have had so far.
    • Easy to use with good results.
    • But I also used it as just a light table/film holder & scanned with my mirrorless camera with great results
    • App feature to photo shop pictures is very handy and gives good results
    • Quick results are easy to attain, going straight to your PC.
    • To get consistent results, you would have to balance the phone in just the right position over the hole in the frame, then avoid bumping it, which is next to impossible
    • The Kodak scanning app that they say to install and use may not give you as good a result as your phone's own "camera" app.
    • n’t usable
