The microphone is great and I have noticed that some of my friends whom I game with say that they can hear me a lot better with this new headset.********The biggest issue I have is that the firmware they have recently had given me fits right out of the box

The microphone is good, the sound quality is good, and being able to replace the cords on the headset is a lifesaver; however, I am extremely suspicious of this product now as the first one I received had a faulty 3.5mm jack, and the replacement I was sent not only has a faulty 3.5mm jack but also a faulty usb connection

What the morons with the 5 star reviews do not tell you (I believe them to be Indians hired from Pune call centers writing their reviews in a country western accent) is that these POS headphones will power cycle constantly, reconnect constantly (Either when connected via wire or not), shut down constantly, microphone remain disabled when you put the boom mic up and not wired.... and not come back until you use windows troubleshoot to troubleshoot the Mic.
