The micro USB port is definitely the major weak point of an otherwise-sturdy product

this headset sucks, fixes don't work, obviously broken product from launch that logitech didn't care about, G430 66% cheaper and performs better.

I am a fan of Logitech but this product is still defective even now.

If you care about RBG and will literally never move your head or neck you may enjoy this product, but otherwise keep looking

this product has been pretty astounding, the battery last quite a long time and have yet to have any connection issues

So yeah overall neat product if you don't mind having it die in less than a year and just when warranty expires

This product looks cool but has trouble with connect it will disconnect on its own with all the plugs in all the way with all of my devices both ps4 and pc

I don't know if I can really recommend the product for the price, but maybe if you can catch it on sale it would be worth a try because the audio quality isn't terrible.

I generally love Logitech products (I have a mouse and keyboard that I love), but this is really souring my feelings about their products.
