Great sound however have spent way too much time getting these to work and updating software every time they stop working

Dropped it one time because of my dog and the usb connecter doesn’t work anymore

They have a moderate to loud creak in the plastic components, to the point where it would make a very loud noise every time I moved my head

It seems like every time i open the program to change something on it, it needs to update

really good, lasts a long time.

It's not worth my time and energy to deal with trying to get a potentially refurbished replacement

I like the headset, but the one problem is that the wire sometimes looses connection from the headset for a moment if it is wiggled at just the right time.

I truly would have preferred the wireless version but after having had to return three G930's (I did so 3 times because aside from the issues with the wireless connection, I absolutely loved this headset

It likes to tell you to install the G933 firmware update at the worst possible times, like when you are streaming gameplay to viewers, or editing video, or some other process where the sudden disabling of the G933 headset makes you want to throw the G933 across the room and hopefully destroy it in the process.4

every time it gets pressed against my shoulder slightly or the cord gets bumped(litteraly the amount of pressure looking left can cause the headset to lose power!)

If you are having a hard time picking between wired and wireless all I can say is think about how you will use the headset and which will be better for your set up

Mic doesnt work all the time, keeps insisting on updating firware, although I had already updated to that version numerous times.

You could get less or more, I treated my old pair pretty badly, dropped it a few times, broke the cord it came with

(even on the first wear), battery died quick the first time but seems to last now.

Now ever since about August I have been running into the problem where the microphone just absolutely sucks; there's static every time I talk and people say that I'm talking very low when I speak into it

However there are mic problems, ie mic doesn't work when waking up all the time, or intermittant bursts of crazy static that blows out all my friends eardrums when we are playing games

Plates covering the battery/USB dongle holder are a little loose and can pop off at times if bumpedWill make a noise every time you change the volume, or every time it is quiet for a few seconds and sound plays again soon

This may become uncomfortable, but only after many hours of constant use, much longer than most customers would experience, and something any headset would cause given enough time.

I've been burned by their lack of quality and customer support too many times to continue giving them my money.

It doesn't open sometimes when you click it, crash's every other time your try to open it, nothing you try to customize about the headset stays after you turn your computer off

Have done the resets multiple times as recommended by the vendor, and well as firmware updates

Too many times in the past build quality has been poor and the headsets have been easily broken physically.

It has been dropped a few times, but never so drastically that it should cause the thing to break

The cable will twist by itself which causes the wires to become damaged and now each time i move my head or bump the jack I can hear A LOT of static

So I left it off to get better wireless time

DTS sound is awesome.!!!but little bulky and heavy for me and static noise every time at above 45% volume.

I make phone calls through Skype all the time and the microphone has always worked very well.

I used g930 for years and although going wireless seems more comfortable, being an avid gamer I spent most of my free time infront of a screen I still had to plug my headset in for charging every single day because it does not last for a whole session

The xbox has the worst time trying to recognize the mic is even plugged in and being used, forcing you to unplug and replug 10 or so times until it registers

I wasted my time and money on these as the wireless adapter does not stay connected to the headset for more than a few minutes, once the connection is lost you have to flash the firmware and factory reset the headset to reconnect them, and they will again lose connection after 3 minutes

Also does not always go to sleep (Every time) when you lay it down if you take it off you head and lay it on your desk
