Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum – RGB 7.1 Dolby and DST Headphone Surround Sound Gaming Headset – PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Mobile Compatible – Exceptional Audio Performance – Black

    • The primary complaint I have is the detachable USB cable
    • Micro usb is faulty
    • The USB for the headset is pretty big and if u have a bulky USB (for a mouse or something) in one slot, this headset's USB receiver might not fit, so be careful with that
    • Super flexy cheap and plasticy feeling and Logitech even went out of their way to put a superfluous micro usb connection on the headset that is inconsistent right out of the box
    • Wireless is only if you use their proprietary USB receiver, it is NOT bluetooth.
    • Mic quality was "okay" according to those I spoke to, but sounded "more muffled" than my cheap USB headset
    • I find that the headset is very comfortable and the micro USB is more durable than it's G633 counterpart.
    • Super fragile usb connector, firmware updates often brick the device and force recovery.
    • came with a broken micro usb cable
    • The USB is very solid regardless
    • These are wired headphones but the wire is a detachable usb or aux.
    • Yet the micro-usb loses
    • The only solution was changing the micro USB cable, which works for a small period of time, and then it picks up again, so another replacement cord, and the problem returns
    • every time I turn my head left it disconnects because of the weak usb plug on the headset.
    • Only negative side is they still use mini-usb and can benefit from start using USB-c for faster charging and easy hookup.
    • And having the normal headphone jack allows me to use them with my phone as well as the usb for use with PC
    • I really expected better from Logitech, and I had hoped when the product says its "wired" its actually wired into the headset, and not a flimsy little Micro USB connection
    • Unstable USB connection, faulty port and cable
    • Not USB 3.0 from what i can tell (audio gets scrambled). Also very large
    • 3- the usb port is the worst problem on this one, plug the cable into your headset, and see it move and wiggle around with the least amount of pressure on the usb link, the headset will disconnect too, and you'll have to replug it to make it work again, and if your unfortunate like me, you could mess everything usb related with that flimsy usb
    • Although I had the same issue as a lot of people, the micro USB to USB when moved just a tad would cut out all sound on my PC & id have to restart it
    • Super fragile usb connector, firmware updates often brick the device and force recovery.
    • UPNOT COMFORTABLETHE USB BROKE OF
    • The microphone is good, the sound quality is good, and being able to replace the cords on the headset is a lifesaver; however, I am extremely suspicious of this product now as the first one I received had a faulty 3.5mm jack, and the replacement I was sent not only has a faulty 3.5mm jack but also a faulty usb connection
    • The wireless feature doesn't work , USB doesn't turn on when connected to laptop or desktop at first i thought maybe is the driver ,i downloaded the driver
    • However, this comes with a very nice USB cable that will allow you to charge on the fly.
    • This would have been a 5 star if not 6 out of 5 star rating if it would have been an actual wired headset and not just a stupid usb connection that can break really easily.
    • After a couple months the cheap USB connector keeps cutting in and out and every time it cuts out I have to close and reopen whatever program I was using with it to get it to re-recognize that I'm using a headset
    • However the shortcoming is the frail USB cord which you will break and need to replace
    • Id say: Do Not Buy It, get something more simple and reliable.update:had a chat with Logitech support, and found out that the usb is defective, but the audio jack is working
    • inserting the micro- usb is slightly annoying specially if your wearing them.- mic red Led not bright enough like other headsets, but it makes a sound so its not really an issue.- mic picks up keyboard clicks, fixed it by lowering sensitivity ( in Overwatch)
    • The wireless connection is through a separate USB stick; so you need a free open USB port
    • But I have a free USB port, so it isn't any negative for what I use it for
    • They're balanced, no U shape or excessive treble or bass
