Again, the USB wireless connection was kind of a problem for me but ignoring that the product still gets a 4/5 for its sound quality, comfort, software and overall effectiveness.

I have had them restart on me countless times during gameplay, lose connection with my PC for days requiring a manual firmware reflash, and just generally not work at all

These things constantly lose connection, re-connect, lose connection...and none of the 'fixes' out there work
