    • It has terrible connection issues.
    • The end result is, the hardware is likely poorly wired, resulting in an unstable connection between the two sides.-Lastly, of course, the logical answer to these problems is to contact their support
    • The only thing that worked was updating the firmware, each time it lost connection (pretty much every day).
    • This headset is much more durable and does not loose connection to the source signal like the G930 did
    • Good wireless connection (despite what others have said, I haven't experienced any issue with the
    • When on, the device will usually maintain a good connection
    • If you go more than 30 feet or have a wall between the headset and transmitter/receiver, expect to lose connection
    • Randomly loses connection to the USB, sitting right next to it and with no interfering devices on and wont reconnect4
    • The headset is getting 2 stars from me due to the poor connection on the microusb that connects to the headset
    • Also the connection to charge the unit eventually becomes loose and will constantly make a "reconnecting" sound in your ear even if you barely move.
    • The software shuts down your dongle for good and messes up the connection between the headset and dongle permanently; thus, you're required to buy another compatible dongle for almost $40

    • Again, the USB wireless connection was kind of a problem for me but ignoring that the product still gets a 4/5 for its sound quality, comfort, software and overall effectiveness.

    • simply because it cuts out every 30 seconds flashing green, not a charging problem not a USB problem, the connection to the headset is great but cuts off again every 30 seconds and is annoying as hell, huge draw back, I would not buy this head set till they fix this bug and every one has this issue sooner or later so, just a heads up.....

    • I have had them restart on me countless times during gameplay, lose connection with my PC for days requiring a manual firmware reflash, and just generally not work at all
