The tuner is not easy to use and hard to find videos showing how to use it.

there!The case could be a little bigger (the compartment inside isn't big enough for spare strings or the nice tuner/metronome it comes with -- you have to put those in the outside pocket)

Also, if you are looking for a precise tuner I recommend Snark clip on tuners.
