The battery back didn't work, never even fit, bought a new battery back, worked for 2

Only special thing is that the guide button displays battery level for controller but that only works on the desktop and not in game

Only thing I don't like is the batteries go dead fast so get rechargeable batteries.

I have rechargeable AA batteries though, and enough of them to keep a spare set handy, so this isn't a huge deal

After 2 months and playing once very 2 weeks, the batteries are still strong.

The game pad turns off by itself after a few minutes of inactivity so not worries about unnecessary battery drainage.

I have had several things ruined recently by exploding batteries, so it's worth the extra effort to me.

No latency, the batteries hold a hell of a charge, it's my favorite controller, and this is coming from a sony fanboy.

Switch batteries more frequently than I like, but I should invest in rechargable batteries anyways.
