I'd imagine the other reviewers received the wrong sim card for the device.

Often get a message "Invalid SIM card"

When I worked at Walgreens I noticed people who paid that way it took even longer than just inserting their chip or swiping their card.**Will update my review as I continue to use the phone

Hopefully it improves as I go along and figure out way to reduce that effect

This is the phone's defect as when I switch back to my old phone, the signal strength is so much better.

The service lags as it constantly switches towers and their support is awful
