Called Motorola, reset modem, same issues

I had some problems initially needing to do hard resets

However, the default admin password should be stored in read-only memory, which should be accessed when the modem is hard/factory reset (by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds)

Had to do a hard reset everyday towards the end using that product

So...if you have a problem connecting devices through your new Motorola MG7550 don't bother calling Motorola support...you'll just get some hubristic a@#$%*e who looks down his big at anyone who isn't a full-blown techie!UPDATE:
