    NETGEAR Smart WiFi Router with Dual Band Gigabit for Amazon Echo/Alexa - AC1750 (R6400-100NAS)

    • because they felt it was a software issue, not a hardware issue, they would charge me $89 for the fix.
    • After speaking with someone and doing basic trouble shooting they stated that the software was no longer in warranty (90 day warranty, which seems incredibly limiting), and that the hardware was covered under a 1 year warranty, but that you have to do trouble shooting for the software first, before seeing if it could be a hardware issue
