    • This system works great
    • My 12 year old son also enjoys this game a awesome array of games can be downloaded right to the system which makes it perfect for road trips so games aren't being lost in the van seats I recommend this game system for any aged kids its great love everything about it
    • AR Games (a program that uses both the camera and AR cards for some fun), Swap Note (a drawing program), Streetpass Mii Plaza (a very fun game center that uses the miis), Nintendo 3DS camera, Mii Maker (a program where you make little avatars.), Nintendo Eshop (a place were you can buy digital games and apps), Activity Log (This is actually a record that keeps tracks of the games, steps, and apps and whatever daily activity that one does), Nintendo video (This showcases small videos lasting for less than five minutes, though they change weeks later), System Settings (This is were controls, like the settings, calendar, clock, parental controls, and so forth a located), Nintendo 3DS sound (This is a music game, but I didn't experiment with it to see if I like it) to name a few
    • very good system and feels very good within the hands a must have for people looking to play 3ds games without breaking the bank
    • My 6 yr old son loves this system and he is able to play the 3ds games on it too!
    • I actually recommend this system over 3ds xl
    • I highly recommend the 2DS, it’s a great system well worth 130 dollars, and it’s usually on sale for an even better price
    • They also have a nice concave groove to them, making holding the system superbly comfortable
    • This is an outstanding portable system at a cheap price

    • They also have a nice concave groove to them, making holding the system superbly comfortable
    • And aside from the limited hardware and battery life; the system is substantially more comfortable to hold than the 3DS XL that my girlfriend has.
    • This system is worth the price it is reliable and has a vast library to keep you entertained
    • However, if you're the parent of a child who isn't old enough to use the 3DS' stereoscopic visual effect, a monetarily challenged gamer who wants to enjoy the incredible 3DS library, or someone who'd like a cheaper secondary 3DS-type system, then the 2DS is certainly a worthy investment
    • A lot of the reviews I've read focus on the fact that this system is great for kids
    • The number one advantage this system has over the 3DS is the ability to play both DS and 3DS games
    • Besides these two small gripes i think this is a damn good system especially considering the price.
    • The lack of a clamshell lid is a bit of a nuisance, but the system itself is sturdy and not as easy to damage as might be thought
    • I couldn't ask for a better game system for a kid.
    • But this is a great beginner system for children!
    • If you don't like 3D gaming this is hands down the best system, plus it's not a clam style system which makes it its own unique system from the past DS systems
    • nice system but no way to protect the screens
    • However, if you're the parent of a child who isn't old enough to use the 3DS' stereoscopic visual effect, a monetarily challenged gamer who wants to enjoy the incredible 3DS library, or someone who'd like a cheaper secondary 3DS-type system, then the 2DS is certainly a worthy investment

    • I waited a week and a half to get the system for it to die in 20 minutes
    • Large, blocky, and a waffle iron of portable systems, its cheap price combined with 3DS game selection makes it a worthy contender
    • I really recommend this system to anyone who wants a cheap, good system!
    • RECEIVED BROKEN GAME SYSTEM ,SCREEN DAMAGED
    • Now, the 3DS is fine as a system, but its screen is just as tiny as the DS's
    • Sound is a crucial factor to gaming, but doesn’t really make or break any system
    • Great system for the price
    • It's a good game system.
    • It's a good little system for playing around for whenever I need it
    • This is a great game system
    • It's an awesome system, but between the black line from the crack and the headaches the 3-d gives me, I realized I eventually wanted to buy my own
    • Coming in at $40 less than the Nintendo 3DS at retail, and $80 less than the larger 3DS XL, the 2DS is no less an impressive gaming system as long as you don't mind sacrificing the 3D effect in your games and photographs
    • Anyone wanting a portable gaming system has no reason not to turn to the 2DS
    • However, if you're the parent of a child who isn't old enough to use the 3DS' stereoscopic visual effect, a monetarily challenged gamer who wants to enjoy the incredible 3DS library, or someone who'd like a cheaper secondary 3DS-type system, then the 2DS is certainly a worthy investment
    • With the new price drop, I think everyone should consider it because it is a great system and the library of ds and 3ds
    • So, if 3d isn't important to you, this is a great system period.
    • If you don't like 3D gaming this is hands down the best system, plus it's not a clam style system which makes it its own unique system from the past DS systems
    • While I wouldn’t say I’m too picky, I do want a sturdy system with decent battery life, a bright screen, and that’s easy to hold for an extended period of time
    • It's a great system to buy if you don't feel like shelling out 200 dollars for a 3DS, which are no where near worth the asking price
    • The best hand-held game system ever!!!@
    • To sum up: the 2DS is an excellent gaming system that improves on what didn't work on the DS while keeping all of the features that worked
    • Great system
    • However, if you're the parent of a child who isn't old enough to use the 3DS' stereoscopic visual effect, a monetarily challenged gamer who wants to enjoy the incredible 3DS library, or someone who'd like a cheaper secondary 3DS-type system, then the 2DS is certainly a worthy investment
    • It's a great system, is more affordable, and is very durable, which has been proven when it was dropped twice and the only thing that happened was that the game cartridge popped out.
    • I have rather small hands, yet the system is very comfortable to hold, and I play it often
    • The lack of a clamshell lid is a bit of a nuisance, but the system itself is sturdy and not as easy to damage as might be thought
    • great system for those who cannot handle the 3d settings on the 3ds, but want to play the new 3ds games in 2d
    • The 2ds is a awesome system
    • the system's really good at, it's comfort
    • Now, the 3DS is fine as a system, but its screen is just as tiny as the DS's
    • Since I wanted a sturdy system, I was initially worried about the slate shape
    • Anyone wanting a portable gaming system has no reason not to turn to the 2DS
    • This system is great for kids and it’s cheap
    • However, I can gladly say that the system feels like much better quality than I expected
    • Great system for the price.
    • This system is just perfect for me
    • Plays all 3DS and DS games, lasts longer and in my opinion just a better overall more comfortable system for a cheaper price.
    • Great game system!
    • This is an incredibly comfortable system to hold, regardless of hand size, right out of the box.
    • Nonetheless, it was still pretty badass just to grab the wedge and pull out your system just like that, as opposed to sticking your entire hand in your pocket
    • Great system
    • Good system decent price still plays 3ds gamesAnd I can play d's games and surf the Web with ease
    • No idea why nintendo's portable systems are becoming bigger and less
    • This isn't the only backwards compatible system but when the 3DS is not backwards compatible
    • Very good system, I would recommend the 3DS, the port on this fails very easily..went through three of them so far.
    • A wonderful system, just as good as 3DS
    • The fact is this is a great system and it is a cheaper alternative to the 3DS and 3DS XL
    • I cant remember now but either way I got a sweet system with crystal clear screens, great battery life, tons of games to play, and wifi for netflix,
    • To sum up: the 2DS is an excellent gaming system that improves on what didn't work on the DS while keeping all of the features that worked
    • This is an incredibly comfortable system to hold, regardless of hand size, right out of the box.
    • Great Gaming System
    • Great handheld system for a low price
    • This system feels solid
    • Both are great systems in their own right, but I was looking for something cheaper with the capacity to play most of the 3DS library of games that I've known and loved since the system has been out
    • Updated system per online instructions, still constantly shut off and would never work
    • I must say, I Love this system
    • For any older children or adults I recommend you buy the 3DS XL, that system has all the features that this has and all the ones
    • This system is the best that Nintendo has made so far
    • I absolutely adore this system
    • I HIGHLY recommend this system to anyone.
    • Not only is this system cheap, but the SD card contains 4GB of memory compared to the 3DS only containing 2GB
    • I decided to upgrade to a XL after a few months of having my 2ds, but I'm going to keep both systems since I enjoyed my 2ds so much.
    • So, bottom line, if you want a cheap system and some money after to buy a few games, the Nintendo 2DS is your choice for gaming on the go.
    • But honestly for those of us looking to continue playing new renditions of classic Nintendo titles ( Pokemon X/Y, Super Mario 3d Land, Zelda
    • Excellent e conditions love it
    • When you include the compatibility with original DS games, as well as Nintendo’s impressive E-shop offerings, I suspect that almost anyone could find something to enjoy
