A few times a day, the wireless connection is distorted or lost

If they were clear about it they will be not be making so many people waste time buying the wrong item.

If you are wanting to use this unit for just watching TV, don't waste your time or money

I contacted Nyrius several times because the audio and video were lagging, skipping, pixelating

With this adapter I can keep the transmitter in the AV cabinet and the signal is crystal clear to the projector 14 feet away every time.

If you have a universal remote, most Hi-Def cable boxes do (again go to Nyrius.com/Support to get specific step by step instructions to do this), and if it doesn't pair right away, you will need to re-setup your remote, just like you did the 1st time you got it (I learned this the hard way)

However it was not plug and play, took significant time to get the transmitter and receiver to talk to each other in less that 20 feet of separation
