Incredible experience
-
But like a rollercoaster ride it packs in such an amazing experience you won't mind getting off and catching your breath every now and again
-
Best experience ever.
-
Overall the experience is amazing.
-
Absolutely incredible experience.
-
This is super annoyingly obvious in certain games, which will completely ruin the experience
-
For a first-gen product, Rift is an incredibly polished experience
-
Very poor experience.
-
it's an incredible experience but need a lot of improvements... but is a good experience ...
-
With the three sensors for 'roomscale' support, you can enjoy roomscale experiences but it seems that despite my best sensor setups there was always a small blind-spot somewhere that my controllers would find at some point in gameplay
-
This experience is truly amazing
-
Wonderful immersive experience
-
It has the smoothest VR experience available and has the best app selection and the highest quality apps
-
I think its way better experience for movie watching
-
The clearest experience is Showdown
-
This is an absolutely amazing experience that has actually exceeded my expectations
-
Pretty good experience
-
Took forever to getin configured properly and once setup was complete the overall experience was not that great.
-
Do I buy an HTC Vive to get the "complete" experience now or do I get the Oculus Rift and wait for the Touch controllers to get the more "comfortable" VR experience
-
Overall if you don't mind the expense, or if you already have a gaming PC with a big video card, it's an amazing experience.
-
Pretty amazing device and experience
-
I hope you enjoy your VR experiences as much as I am.
-
It is similar to what some recreation parks offer (Universal, Disney) where surround and 3D makes a great experience.
-
Experience is awesome, but they need better resolution
-
Individually, I can get immersed in PCars or look at some 360 degree pictures of a scenic landscape, and then I move on to other, more substantive entertainment experiences
-
Great experience, great response, awesome immersion
-
As for the experience well, that is pretty great
-
A lot of effort has clearly been put into making the experience a positive one, from the quality of the packaging, the product itself, and the slick installer.
-
I hope to right a better review in the near future, but so far my experience with OR could be better
-
I'd probably recommend it then.3/5 stars, disappointingly not the most amazing experience ever.
-
You can watch great 3D videos and they are amazing! Some games where you stand still and look around are pretty immersive and an amazing experience overall
-
One of the coolest experiences for me is when my ship in Eve Valkyrie is getting ready to take
-
The perspiration from your forehead can tend to fog the lenses making what should be a vivid experience, a frustrating one
-
The touch controllers and the Oculus exclusive games that made use of them were incredible experiences
-
This is a very polished product - the lifecycle of VR is only just beginning - its not photo realistic 4k or wireless and both of those will come - but this thing can transport you to a realistic experience of a new world.
-
Amazing experience
-
Its been such an awesome experience after a month that I haven't used my Xbox one or PlayStation since I got it
-
Here it will need some controls tweaking, the Oculus support needs to be a little polished yet, specially in tank zoom mode, but it is excellent experience nonetheless.- Euro Truck Simulator 2 (truck sim) - Here it is in experimental (beta) phase, but still stable and of great quality, no problems at all
-
I know full well that a third sensor and bigger room will create a better experience, also open up a wide array of Steam VR games I can't play because of said space
-
There's no bad frame rate and it's a great experience on the 2017 iMac fully maxed if you have the 580 you should be fine.
-
Amazing VR experience
-
Students love the experiences.
-
Awesome experience!
-
The best quality experience is Showdown, which is immersive and not just a 360 view of the environment.
-
Nice piece of hardware which gives a good immersion experience, some of the applications are free, some you need to pay for
-
In the end, the Tech Supervisor, who was the last person to help in the ticket was the most helpful and very polite and apologized for our "disastrous" experience
-
While my son was able to briefly enjoy the VR experience, especially the sensation of flying his favorite air plane, Oculus ruined it with their poorly made headset and glasses
-
The clearest experience is Showdown
-
This gives me a dizzy experience
-
While the experience is amazing, the overall resolution is just not there yet.
-
My system is is on the high end of what's required for a good experience so hardware is not a problem.
-
: This is a really great experience and I'm glad I have one
-
First off, this does provide for a pretty cool experience, one that you can't really be told about, you just have to see it for yourself.
-
and yeah, I had to move things to get a decent roomscale experience with either
-
Most experiences available as of writing, especially those that are exclusive to VR, tend to be short, thin and unmemorable
-
The rift provides an immersive experience and got me excited about gaming again
-
Quite simply this is the most amazing experience.
-
All the experience were incredible
-
In some cases this can be a faster customer experience.”
-
I don't have HTC Vive, so can't compare, but definitely a much better experience than DevKit-2
-
Loved every experience on the Vive
-
They fall apart quickly, experience and enormous number of bugs and it is impossible to get assistance on fixing and troubleshooting them when you do encounter issues.
-
Amazing experience if you like Sim Racing or Flight simulators
-
Amazing experience
-
It's a pretty neat experience once you get it working
-
It gave me good experience and headache.
-
Of course most anyone looking at the RIFT knows that the VIVE has more features; specifically that it includes the two tracked controllers, and supports a full-room experience.
-
Absolutely incredible, immersive, and the whole experience seems like something out of a sci-fi movie
-
Be careful and go easy at first or it's going to be a bad experience for you
-
When you do get it working I will admit it's an awesome experience
-
but the experience I got from this oculus rift, is poor, did not meet my expectations.
-
Awesome experience, just wish integrating Steam VR was easier.
-
The CV1 provides such a more seamless experience.
-
Giving me free games too, like robo recall, lucky tale and now mission iss, which has been the most thrilling experience for my 7 and 10 year old daughter
-
While the initial experience is mind blowing, eventually the lack of resolution becomes quite noticeable (but that's true of competing products as well).2.
-
You will enjoy this experience.
-
I hope I can amend this review and my experience is better
-
VR is cool and all, but it's just too expensive for a mediocre experience
-
Heck, I even like the nose gap that may disrupts the "immersion" experience, but i find it very handy when looking at my keyboard and looking for gamepad or drinks etc
-
Controller, HTC Vive wins at the current moment, I read online people who have tested the oculus touch say it is a better experience
-
and I wanted to warn anyone that if you have problems with Oculus, don’t expect a pleasant experience.
-
It delivers a great seating experience for playing Assetto Corsa.
-
The experience is unbelievable
-
So I think this is an awesome experience
-
, my experience with Oculus has been overall frustrating
-
I tried contacting customer support and it was just about as worthless an experience
-
Its a blast to play but the developers did not do enough r&d to make sure you have a flawless install
-
Finding a good USB C to HDMI adapter has been a hassle the best one so far has been the Bestbuy house brand out of 4 I have tried
-
So Install Windows 10 on bootcamp and get a good USB C to hdmi and your good to go
