Oculus support was very prompt about helping me through the issues and in the end they sent a new headset which has resolved all the problems.

Applications bought and played within the Oculus store are relatively easily to launch and play; others, launched from within Steam, while the RIFT is supported, many titles will force you to switch between keyboard, controller, headset on, headset off, over and over

The game has to have native support in order for You to fully enjoy it, so don't hurt Yourself by caring for anything less

I've also plenty of reports that Oculus has horrible customer support, but I hope it isn't true

Update 3/19/17 -- a lot of reviewers are bitchin' about their systems crashing & crappy support from Oculus...blah, blah, blah...you need to have a robust system built for this thing -- no off-the-shelf WallyMart or BestBug budget computer.

Oculus support was not helpful and it took me two days must to get the headset to work.

Its a blast to play but the developers did not do enough r&d to make sure you have a flawless install
