It's insanely immersive and my favorite video game system so far.

The system feels refined when you get it.

Really an amazing system.

At $400, this system is worth it.

Update 3/19/17 -- a lot of reviewers are bitchin' about their systems crashing & crappy support from Oculus...blah, blah, blah...you need to have a robust system built for this thing -- no off-the-shelf WallyMart or BestBug budget computer.

I made sure my system was ready for it, and tried to research as much as possible about the technicalities of this gear to ensure there won't be any unforeseen compatibility problems.

Assuming you have a decent system and Oculus setup doesn't detect components that aren't compatible with the rift and/or aren't powerful enough to drive it, then setting up the device is relatively simple

Right now there are games that both systems have games supported that are available at Steam.

My system usually is nice and quiet at 30-42 Degrees Celsius, but last night it got all the way up to 65 after playing for awhile
