This amp is easy to use and the sound quality is awesome

Quality is good and everything seems to work fine

A good friend of mine uses one of these, and used to send audio files (Of course the sound quality wasn't the best, but it sounded amazing from what I could tell.)

Could be a build quality issue or an engineering issue (with the design tilted towards the guitar side of the house).

I'd like to call it cheap junk, but it's expensive for the pathetic build quality.
