I do wish they'd offer this pen with a finer refill

These pens do go through ink quickly, and I do recommend the refills.

This pen feels like writing on silk, it's not too heavy or light, the refills are affordable as well as offer more than just black/blue ink colors

The gel ink writes smoothly and refills are inexpensive

It is heavy pen that comes with great refill sizes.

It comes with violet ink so if you don't like that non-tradition ink color order a refill as well

I personally prefer 0.7 mm ink refills, but it's also preference friendly

Problem is finding refills

I recommend the Pentel Needle Tip refills instead of the one that comes with the pen.

The refill in this pen is good but the Pilot G2 is better.

The 0.5 refills fit this just like in the plastic version

While the Energel .7mm isn't a bad refill, I think the Papermate

The only drawback is finding refills for them that don't cost too much due to the shipping and handling.

The ink drys quickly even for my left hand, and the refills are inexpensive... double win!
