I wish I knew, the product came missing a piece

In searching for a pet monitoring device my wife and I came across the PetChatz, and after looking through the reviews as well as the product info for this and several others, we settled on this piece of equipment.

This product is nearly impossible to configure.

I highly recommend this product.

In theory, this is an amazing product

This product works well an allows us to see our dogs when we are not home.

Overall this product is great

Overall it's a nice product, a clear image with wide-angle.

I didn’t even consider the product may not work or be broken
