    Petcube [2017 Item Play Smart Pet Camera with Interactive Laser Toy. Remote Dog/Cat Monitoring with HD 1080p Video, Two-Way Audio, Night Vision, Sound/Motion Alerts. App-Enabled Pet and Home Safety

    • There is a decided language problem in dealing with their customer support
    • Called Customer Support and was asked to return the camera and get a new one
    • Again, although I get emails from Petcube, customer support cannot help.
    • I would highly recommend the Petcube for the luxury of an indoor home camera but ALSO the customer support staff that truly wants to make things right/work!
    • I had some connectivity issues with the video feed but customer support has been super responsive in trying to get the problem resolved.

    • Oh and as for customer support, forget it, they don’t answer emails on weekends and the call center is not in the US nor do they speak English well at all
