We love the am and fm cd player

I was looking for a boombox with a good radio as well as a cd player (I like to listen to sports outside in addition to cds).

I would recommend this player to anyone

player works really good and I am very happy with it

I would not consider this a portable player, unless you carry a 12 pack of batteries with you for the day.it's an ok little player for what it is, but it's best as a plug in player, it will go thru 6 batteries in a couple of cd's

Based on the mostly positive reviews, I did not hesitate and ordered it.“Sony Portable CD Player Boombox Personal Audio System ZS-PS50” is a lot more than a CD player, but for me that is the key feature

Good sound quality on lower tones for a so-called "boom-box", as compared to a cheaper cd player , that quit on me after the warranty expired.
