The color and feel of the power bank (rose gold) - was particularly appealing to me, but sadly it is now a paper weight.

I would not recommend purchasing this item (even though I love the color)!

It feels sturdy, is a good size and weight for traveling and/or carrying in a purse, color is adorable, but if it can't hold a charge anymore, what is the point of the rest of the good qualities

Especially liked the slim size as it tucked in pockets nicely without bulging.

Compact for its mAh, almost exactly the same size as my phone.

It has the same size as my iPhone and a bit of thicker than it, so nice to have a lighting cable to get my phone charged, I usually hold my phone and keep this external battery in my briefcase thanks to its size and light weight, my money is well spent and a life saver for a business man.

It is a great portable battery pack, but DAMN this this is heavy

I use a much smaller portable battery in my purse for on the go emergencies

It takes about 3-4,000 mAh to charge a dead phone battery.

With its ability to charge phones/devices for exceptionally long times, this charger pack makes long trips much more comfortable, knowing that battery won't be a problem

This portable battery is AMAZING and almost works better and faster than my actual iphone charger

The product works, but after a few weeks the standby time and available charge declined severely

The first time I used it, I was very impressed by how fast it could replenish my phone’s battery

When it worked it charged my phone many times per charge.

It's so horrible to experience power outages, I have gone through difficult times thanks to this gadget, a good product for emergency.
