Reolink 4MP 1440P Wireless Outdoor Security Camera, 2.4/5Ghz Dual-Band WiFi Home IP Camera with Night Vision, Motion Detection and Waterproof, RLC-410W Not Comes with SD Card

    • This cam has great potential, but Reolink has some work to so on making it much more user-friendly.
    • Reolink support, any ideas?----------------Until otherwise, I've giving this thing 5 stars!
    • Reolink is really unresponsive.
    • After a long back-and-forth with useless Reolink Technical Support ("a replacement camera can not solve this problem; Have a nice day") in which I showed them screenshots and photos of my old 2010 T-Mobile G2 phone maintaining a strong Wi-Fi connection with the same router at THREE TIMES the distance in the same direction, as well as using a Wi-Fi signal strength app to show the router signal being strong at the camera's installed position OUTDOORS where the cameras only show one dot of reception and constantly disconnect, I decided to try a Wi-Fi extender dangling inside the window right next to the cameras, which gave me one additional dot

    • Reolink is supposedly compatible with Blue Iris as of this writing, however I'm not able to control the IR lights with it
    • Reolink has been very good about updating both firmware and the apps to ensure peak performance.
    • This is such a simple function to incorporate and I would think it could easily be corrected if Reolink cares to do so.5
    • I contacted Reolink regarding this and they informed me that the 410WS has been
    • If Reolink can resolve this problem I'd give these cameras 5 stars, but if they cannot they are not dependable enough and I will have to find another solution
    • If you are using the Mac version and you want to change configuration, you must right-click on the device (where it says "Login successed" - Reolink might want to correct that in future updates) and choose "Remote Config".
    • I've been using two of these indoors as well as a Reolink 4MP Super HD
