The links to the video instructions didn't work and wasn't for this model of monitor, but it did come with a capacitor pinout chart to show me which ones needed to be replaced

I ended up going with a cheap, but well reviewed soldering iron off of Amazon as well (link below)http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HY02FW/
