Roku Premiere+ - HD and 4K UHD Streaming Media Player with HDR

    • I bought this instead of a wireless stick as I was hoping to have more consistent streaming since WiFi can fluctuate in my house.
    • and I wanted a device that would offer me the widest range of available streaming apps or channels.
    • There are other quirks I have noticed, which is probably applicable to all streaming devices, like uneven volume from one app to another which is annoying, but overall, I've been very pleased and wish I had bought a Roku sooner.

    • The stream via my ROKU 4 had looked pretty good on my Samsung KS8000 SUHD set
    • Best streaming device so far, including our smart TVs
    • We’re enjoying streaming everything online at the comfort of own living room
    • I hope Roku doesn't suffer sales losses on excellent streaming devices by going cheap on other parts of their products.
    • a hard wired device like this is much better video streaming than using just wifi.
    • Now all rooms share one wonderful interface which is light-years ahead of those clunky BluRay streaming interfaces
    • What a shame to have such a good streaming device with the world's worst remote
    • Can't go wrong if you are looking for a solid streaming device.
    • Roku has the only streaming players that work with all these channels: Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, VUDU, Sling TV, and PBS KIDS."Parts of this claim by Roku is a BALD-FACED LIE.First, the Roku Premier+ has a HULU button on the remote
    • Best Roku I've tried and still the best streaming box!
    • This one streams fine, every
    • Great streaming from Netfix, amazon, local network sources.
    • after a few days of searching, I did find a few weird, random channels, but then I realized they were just streaming channels or programs like podcasts, that are available online
    • Great, Fast streaming, stunnnig 4K and many hours of entertainment
    • This is a great streaming device that is non-biased towards Google Play and Amazon Prime.
    • Always the best streaming device
    • It does not matter how fast your Internet connection is when streaming from the Tablo to your Roku.
    • It provides great streaming services and automatically switches video to UHD when appropriate to use the capabilities of my Smart tv.
    • Roku is a great streaming device for the money
    • Beats any of the other streaming options available
    • I believe the Roku is one of the best streaming devices available.
    • Unlike their previous models, this model constantly interrupts your streaming with purple screens that say HDCP Unauthorized.
    • Roku is by far the best streaming device out there
    • It works and streams great with my tv and is easy to use
    • Great little streaming box

    • If one of these companies would come out with a streaming module (like Roku
    • Thr Roku premiere + is one of the best media streaming devices
    • great $K UHD streaming
    • If you have a 4k TV, this is an amazing streaming device.
    • The streaming never buffers and the device has not overheated yet, and we've had it for 4 months now
    • Absolutely THE best streaming device that I have found
    • As advertised, my streaming is much faster with very little buffering.
    • The best parts, as advertised: fast/efficient streaming with minimal buffering wait times or dithering, all streaming apps available from the same interfaceAreas it could improve:1) either voice search
    • This is our 2nd Roku purchased for our home, and by far our favorite streaming device we've owned
    • Great streaming player, replaced an older Roku 2
    • i am astounded by all the positive reviews - clearly, these people have only tried roku and don't know how much better their streaming could be
    • We were blown away by all the streaming content available (much of it free, like the CW network) with the Roku!
    • The functionality of the Roku is great while streaming, but there are issues with the Roku business model and the design that definitely keep this from earning 4 or 5 stars.
    • While there are some streaming issues that arise from time to time, pix-elation and momentary blackouts, we have never not been able to watch a show to the end.
    • Hopefully, this issue does get resolved quickly because it really is a good streaming device in every other sense but the video/audio department.
    • We now enjoy uninterrupted streaming of high quality video and audio.
    • Older Ruku 3 using WiFi would get audio break up while streaming from amazon prime
    • Free streaming, subscription streaming, on-demand streaming
    • Pros:Great picture quality, easy setup, simple design, connects to wifi quickly, smooth streaming, brighter colors (I compared to my HD tv's built in Hulu app and the Roku's Hulu app and there's a big difference in color brightness
    • The Premier+ seems to provide a better streaming picture as well.
    • This Roku is very fast compared to the older Roku 2.I use a wired connection and suffer only occasional buffering (probably due to internet congestion); the streaming of 4K work well with a gorgeous picture
    • But after reviewing the Roku device, and similar devices from Apple, Amazon and Google, I found that unlike the others, the Roku did not intentionally exclude competitor's sources (you cannot stream Amazon on the Apple or Google devices, you cannot stream Apple or Google on the Amazon devices, although nobody supports Apple streaming
    • Now streaming is good but the Guide is really slow (compared to other devices).
    • This is one of the nicest streaming devices for the money period
    • This is our best streaming player yet
    • The best streaming player
    • ABC/NBC/CW stream very well, with very limited interruption or excess buffering.

    • If you have a 4k tv and want to buy something affordable its the best streaming option out there in my opinion.
    • A great streaming device at a fraction of the cost of an Apple TV, which, in my opinion, is not worth the big bucks.
    • Great streaming device
    • Great streaming device
    • This is still, in my opinion, the best current streaming option for the non-gamer
    • Roku has been my preferred media streaming box for nearly 6 years, but this is the first time I've been disappointed with one
    • For example, when I connect to Netflix using Roku on a 4K/HDR TV it turns screen TV black on and off, then when I try to select a movie, the screen keeps changing before I could even select a movie, then turns black on and off, again; however, I could watch Netflix threw Netflix included on the Smart TV streaming
    • Love both roku devices I own great streaming quality.
    • So far it's the best personal streaming device I've purchased.
    • I live in a rural area where only DSL is available, so live streaming services like Sling TV haven't really worked as well as I'd hoped.
    • Great streaming box.
    • It is a great streaming device
    • Great product, easy set-up, easy streaming, great choice of free channels
    • Excellent little streaming device is smaller and quicker than the Roku 4
    • I had to retire an old Roku and this was exactly what I needed (a streaming device that supported Ethernet connection) at a great price!
    • Reliable streaming device
    • Our 5-year-old 1080p "smart" TV was struggling just to provide a fuzzy, inconsistent stream from both Netflix and Amazon.
    • Great streaming device
    • We also looked at the various streaming packages available from certain companies.
    • Great streaming device easy to use high quality picture
    • Nice streaming device, crippled by its remote.
    • Local streaming, which, on my network is 10/100 with no surprise users eating bandwidth as it;s just me and my wife, is terrible no matter what client I use
    • Great streaming and advanced options, easy to set up, easy to use
    • Easy to use and great streaming.
    • * Some apps (like Hulu) do not even show progress bars (you have to guess the ones you've seen if you watch out of order);* Remote control has no TV OFF button, so you always need to use your tv remote for that;* Integrated search doesn't really search on every app, and the voice search (for people that have ultra or old gen) is not as good as with Google and Apple.
    • Also, the 4K UHD channels would periodically freeze as though they were buffering
    • Have purchased the 4K yet but works as good as or better than the 3 on 1080p
    • I would like to upgrade my TV with a 4K Ultra 2080p as soon as I can afford.
    • After 20 minutes of excruciating fun with Roku's offshore "read from the script" tech support, they finally issued an
