This shredder works as advertised and I am generally very pleased with it

Not a serious vexation, but it does require a moment or two to clean the bottom of the shredder when emptying the basket).I ran one credit card through the shredder in the dedicated slot and it worked as advertised; I have not (and will not) use the CD/DVD shredding feature.
