You don't need expensive NVME or PCI based SSD's for a great experience

It blows my mechanical hard disks, and even my old budget SSD, out of the water.

SanDisk is one of the few Flash memory manufacturers so a SanDisk-branded SSD for me is more trustworthy than some other brands that build SSD by sourcing their Flash memory from other companies - you never know what kind and what quality of Flash memory goes into the final product

I just burned my data to blank DVDs, and then just copied and pasted from the DVDs to the New SSD Hard Drive and it worked like a charm with No Muss and No Fuss period!.So Kudos to San Disk for a really 'Fine Product!.And Kudos to AMAZON both for a Bargain price

For Mac users like myself, the SSD has to be initially erased, after which it is automatically formatted and ready to use on a Mac

I use larger standard hard drives for handling large volumes of data (movies, music).In summary, the SanDisk is a fast SSD that has refreshed an older, dated desktop

Very solid SSD, it is a vast improvement over a SanDisk 480GB Ultra II SSD.

While not the best on the market, this SSD performed in the 94.7% based on similar solid stated drives

So overall a fine SSD for the money, does the job, makes no noise :-)Final word: I don't know any reason, other than price, to pick a SanDisk over a Samsung.

Great SSD, saved me big time

In most instances you MUST create a 2 mm spacer so the SSD SATA connector properly connects to the laptop SATA connector; otherwise the connection will loosen which will destroy both the SSD and the laptop SATA port

I've always been impressed with SanDisk SD cards, as I use it for my Canon cameras as well, but the SSD for my laptop, it made it 100 times better.

I cut some cardboard packaging into 1" X 1" squares then used clear tape to mount squares to the front and rear of the SSD until I was sure the SSD would be properly supported
