I have tried many other brands and the main issue is that it gets a super funky smell way sooner on the other brands in comparison to this one.

We buy them in bulk because I hate the smell of old sponges and because it's much cheaper than realizing you need a new sponge, running to the grocery store, and spending two times as much is necessary on one sponge and then repeating that process week after week
