Researching it, it looks like this problem has been plaguing this model all year, and Sony either can't or can't be bothered to fix it

It appears that the model above this one, is really just a waste of money

This model was recommended to me by a friend and it is pretty damn awesome

I bet this will get done to near $100, but even at the current $200 price, I think it's worth it if you want the capabilities that this has that the less expensive models don't.

So far no freeze ups or other issues that have been prevalent in other players including Sony’s prior model

I do not recommend this model at all for these reasons

That's a 2015 model, and I never liked the menus
